Controller vibration pc

I just realize my controller isn’t vibrating on pc. Is that a glitch or is there something going on with my controller. I use the Xbox controller

Is your battery low? Mine stops vibrating when it is on low battery to extend its life.

I've had the same problem - no vibration. My controller is cable connected to my PC, so I don't have batteries.

I just realized this myself. I don't know how long my controller has not been vibing. I just tried a new PS5 Dualsense controller to see how it feels (didn't work right even through steam) so it's not an option for now. It did however pulsate weirdly a lot of the time. So I went back to my Xbox One Elite controller and no vibration. Then I tried another controller and same. I plugged them in instead of using the wireless adapter. Nothing. Then I googled it and I see people on Reddit complaining of this exact issue back in August and again after each patch saying "they still didn;t fix it". Is this a thing I didn't know about this whole time?

Can anyone weigh in and tell me if they are getting controller vibrations? Thanks all.

Will do. I thought about that in the first place but when I went to post, it referred me to this thread that apparently already existed that I didn't know about. So I used it rather than starting a new one. Plus the PC forum is lacking in Madden 21 players since no Frosty to mod it. Most of them stuck with Madden 20. Thanks.
