Online Franchise Roster update

Hey guys,
Quick question, do they not update the online franchise rosters as often as they do the head to head online play rosters?

Only because im trying to run a new online franchise and i play with the bears, and Jay Cutler is an 86 on regular online play and when i start a online franchise he is an 82, i believe the same with mike vick he is an 85 but a 91 with the head to head roster?

Also if this is the case that they don't update as frequently, when will the next online franchise roster be by chance, i know that they are doing an update on the 4th but not sure what that might all be.... Thanks guys!

Yea, they only update online franchise rosters like 2 or 3 times a year. I think the last one will be after the Super Bowl (don't quote me though).
