Hidden settings to Difficulty Levels ?

Has anyone ever really found out what the inside the game settings are when selecting difficulty levels ?

There are 4 levels of difficulty in both Madden and Ncaa.
So my question is, what do these settings do when selected ?

I am trying to find out a pure ratings vs rating setting !
No hidden boosts, just some way to find a slider setting that negates the hidden difficulty boosts the game does !

Like I wanna know when I select Varsity/Pro....what does the game do to the ratings, even before I touch a slider setting ???

Does it boost the User 10 points and then decrease the CPU -10 ??

So if this was the case.... you could do a -10 to the user and + 10 to the CPU....basically all 40's for the User, and all 60's for the CPU.
This would then negate the hidden boosts, and just playing ratings vs ratings. ? ?

I just want a simple break down of what each difficulty level does to effect the ratings !? ?!

Ive been thinking that moving the sliders low would negate any hidden boost, but honestly I dont know how to negate the hidden boosts with sliders.

Basicly what I have done is move all sliders down to 0 , then move up tick by tick until the game was somewhat playable.

In a nutshell , I was thinking that the sliders work kinda on the same principal as the speed threshold , like moving it down to 0 would give the most speed differentials between a 99 speed player and an 75 speed player.

But I admit I could be completely wrong.
    Bear Down !

I don't know either.....but I suspect that if all things were equal and the players played without a boost, at some point your stick skills (plus the unfair advantage of being a QB with a view like you were in a tower) would lead to totally dominating. the boosts...at least for the cpu keep it competitive.
That said I was under the impression that all pro was the default setting for a reason that there was no boost and guys played to their rating.

Besides boost, don't you have to take into consideration CPU AI? or is that factored into the boost?

I think it's factored in whenever a game goes to Heisman/All-Madden. That's whenever you notice more and more secondary players jumping routes and linebackers in the middle of the field knocking down passes 10-yards in the air.

Still no response from anyone who knows....how does EA have these settings without letting us know what they really do ?

In simple terms.... you have 4 settings
            we will just rename them....
            Easy
            Hard
            Harder
            Hardest

Now without even touching a slider, by selecting any of these 4 settings, the game play Changes for every one of these !

What happens under the hood when I select the Easiest level ? or the Hardest Level ?

I am sure there is a formula applied to each of these levels, as to what they do to the ratings when selected...I just wanna know what it is.

              Again..without being a developer I'm only speculating. I suspect it's like this:
All pro is the default level, players play up to their abilities. Pro boosts the player and lowers the cpu by about 50%. Rookie lowers the cpu and boosts the human by 75%. All madden lowers the human and raises the cpu by 50%...just guessing but I think that's in the ball park. You're personal stick skills make up the difference when you go to all madden. Now a great question is, what's the difference in playing all madden (instead of all pro) when it's in coaches mode? Have no answer to that.
