Why no Madden 10 on PC?

This sounds the most reasonable.

Releasing a simple port with the only online function being online play, will make it too easy to pirate.

A MMORPG, where you are a player and get to increase your stats depend on your performance on the field and general gametime. So after 100 online superstar games you'd go up 10 rating points in awareness or something.

I think you guys are overlooking the fact that pc games do not sell all that well.

Fact is, EA is a business so cutting loose PC games probably made more business sense.

I've bought more gaming consoles. PS2 WII PS3 Gamecube, than I have PC games in like the last 10 years.

PS. I've played over 50 different pc games.

Yeah, I do like the option of this. Hell there have been years of Madden that I bought on the PC, PS2, and PS3 just to check them all out and see which was best.

You would think EA would like getting paid three times hehe.

The real problem about madden pc sells is not piracy.
Since too many years EA did not release a real new madden version for pc gamers.
Madden 08 works with old-PS2-engine.

If EA really wants to know how many Madden Pc games they could sell they should first think about releasing a good madden pc game .. not just a 'last version with some little changes' version

If they want some help they could read some wishlist too
