How often do you hurlde..

How often do you guys successfully hurdle over the shoe tackles from behind?? I have never been able to do this. And I'm just wondering if anyone has been able to do this.

I've never successfully done it. All I've done is gotten hit by the shoe-string tackle and then thought to myself "Dang, I should hurdled and I probably could have gotten away."

Sometimes when im persued and i dont have enough speed ill hurdle when they man gets close.. its risky but but i do that.

LOL, When I hurdle when a defender gets close I fumble the ball. Don't even know why they have it in the game since it doesn't work right, Oh wait not much works right!

At least there consistent!!

Yes I have had that happen to me as well. I went to challenge it and of course the game challenged the spot of the ball instead of the fumble LOL.

This game is so screwed up its pathetic.

When you hurdle you are mid-air and vulnerable to a big hit....so of course you are going to fumble. It's risk vs. reward.

I don't think i've ever hurdled. Not in any Madden.

I don't really do anything I can't do with the R stick.

I only hurdle along the side line when I see someone coming to take out my legs or try and stop me for the TD. When you are about to score it really does help if you are on the sideline and you have a defender about to tackle you(CPU that is)

Yes, but in the game there isn't even a reward part. Nothing good comes out of hurdling cause you'll either get tackled or fumble. You don't ever leap over the tackler.
