I'm not home at my business, so i don't have my playbook with me, but those are some plays i off the top of my head!!!

I will give you some more when I get home which will be later today...
i used to be a 4-3 man pre madden 10 but want to follow the new packers way of D and stick to the 3-4.

im glad its not just me seeing a lack of pressure by LBs on the QB. I'll give these a shot hopefully they boost my Sack totals

Thanks for those plays, im looking forward to some more once your home

Re: Tips for Defense!!

A 5 year old can play defense in this game. Just call zones all game with a zone blitz sprinkled in here and there.

Take control of the safety/nickleback/Lb playing short zone coverage, and squeeze the short middle, since you have no worry of giving up anything long in this game.

Manually jump any drags, slants, screens or flat routes...from these positions, and dont worry about a damn thing behind you.

Long yardage/must pass situations: control your best pass rusher.

wash, rinse, repeat.

Dude what sliders are you playing with, what do you mean cant give up anything long, you don't have to give up anything long, it may be a short pass/screen play and you will still have coverage to deal with it, it doesn't have to be thrown over the top!!!!!!

Yeah, you are right D is easy on m10, more so than previous maddens, but my information may help out others for future or past maddens or, give them more insight into Defense, so they understand the concept of playing some defense!!!

O.k if I was you I'd check out these playbooks... Jets, Steelers, Ravens, multi D, 3-4 D. If you see any plays that have a rush of 5 or more players, then give them a try, there are so many to choose from, a lot of plays may have the same name, but they might be slightly different, like have a different look but have the same outcome!!

So step back in practice and try them all out!!!
