    Hit Stick Tackling Problems

Most of the time when I try to hit stick tackle my player just hits the opponents shoulder and the opponent bounces off and keeps running.

For example, I just shed a block with Suh, had a perfect tackle on Forte and instead of taking him down Forte just bounced away easily while Suh bounced off his shoulder.

This happens A LOT & usually happens to me when I have the perfect chance for a tackle for a loss. Anything I'm doing wrong? It's getting frustrating lol.

I have noticed in my experiance playing this game that unless you are in perfect position with shoulders squared up to the ball carrier then you wont lay a solid hitstick and you wil bounce off.

i originally thought that the lower rated hit power ratings caused this but in breaking it down more its attributed to how well squared a play is to the ball carirrer
