I noticed after the patch that certain player attributes have a plus or minus next to their rating. Is this in season player progression, coach increases, or hot/cold streaks?

Does every player have the same amount of +/- on the same attribute, i.e. every player has +3 AWR or -3 MCV? If so, then that is because of coaches. Most coaches will give 1 or 2 bonuses or penalties. For example, my current def. Coord. gives +3 TAK and PUR to all players.
