Batted down passes in Madden 12

OK.... First off, I play Franchise using the Broadcast camera. The one thing that I'm frustrated with is all the batted down passes against me. I'm throwing to a WIDE OPEN reciever ,and it seems like alot of my passes are gettin batted down. I know I'm not holding the button down too long, but at the same time if I lob it there is an even greater chance of it being knocked down or intercepted.......so what gives? I have never had this many passes batted away.

Has anyone else experienced this? DO I need to change a slider.I don't want the game to be easy, I like the challenge ....but this is ridculous.

I can see how it would be harder to see passing lanes in Broadcast...

Re: Batted down passes in Madden 12

Broadcast cam is great when you're watching the game... Not so great when playing the game. Be a player. As a passer, you won't be able gauge the passing lanes, nor how far off the passing line defensive players are, thus it will be virtually impossible to know if you're hitting the button too hard or not.

Furthermore, if your passes are being batted, you are CERTAINLY throwing the ball too low which means you ARE hitting the button too hard. That said, throwing a lob pass isn't the only way to deliver the ball. There are trajectories in between that you could and should be using.

But first... Get off that Broadcast cam. It's designed for watchers.
