The way I understand it, and I can be misunderstanding it, is if you relocate, the CPU may. If you don't, the CPU won't.

That's not correct, based on what I've read. The CPU will NEVER move a team. Only you, the user, can move a team.

Some are kind of, weird (Dreams, Egyptians, Aftershock, All Stars, Celtic Tigers), but the rest I like a lot. I may move my teams now when I play CF.
