Happened to me to. when I talked to gamestop when I swapped my disks they said that its an EA bug and will have to get fixed soon. its a real inconvenience, but at least you can still play some type of the game

Did you download the patch? This was an issue for PS3 but was patched on release day.

Players from the users team showing up on the cpu team.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in?
Offline CFM.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
It only seems to happen in pre-season games (as far as I have seen so thus far). And it appears it is happening because the cpu doesn't have its depth chart set correctly. But I am not 100% sure on if that is the reason. Or if its just a graphical glitch like the NFL logo at mid filed in preseason games also. It only happens in the second year and after. Never in the first. Yes I can recreate it. It only happens when the backups come in after the first quarter is over. This is what leads me to believe its a bug with the depth charts. Either not enough players assigned, or not enough players. So it then "borrows" one from the other team. However, it will list a name (I assume from the other team) on pre play, not the one on the player model jersey.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Every time. Sim the entire first year when relocating a team, and play the pre season games second year. It will happen in at least one of them. I've also seen others posting pictures and talking about this in the same exact context. After a team move, second season preseason. Not sure if the team move is needed or not. Its all I've done for testing as it was how I first noticed it.

Do you have video or pictures?
This is a video of my backup Center, lined up in their #1 WR slot. The name pre play was Ware or something. Under the player model on coach cam. His model was used for every play that player was on the field all through the 2nd quarter and 2nd half.

Whats the bug?
Wrong RB credited with 2 TDs in a game. My starting RB was credited with 2 TDs from 2 runs inside the 5 yard line. I had my backup/goalie back in spelled on 1 of those TDs and my starter was fatigued so my backup was in on the 2nd TD. I am 100% positive that my backup was in on both these plays, but after the TD my starter was in the end zone celebrating and in the post game recap player stats, he had both TDs credited to him, my backup had none. In fact, I don't think he was even credited for the 3-4 yards he picked up on both TD runs.

Offline Franchise

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Have not tried yet. But if it happened in this game, I'm sure it'll happen again.

Just that 1 instance, so far

Whats the bug?
Player on my team vanished, and another guy became him. I am sure there is a good joke in here I am failing to think of also. But my backup RB disappeared and one of my WRs started playing as him. Playing his own roles and the RB roles. It would show the RBs name on coach cam, but it was the clearly the WR.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in?
Offline CFM.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Again I think this is due to a roster mistake. I noticed during the game while investigating that my #1 slot for KR and PR was empty. It didn't fix while playing the game when I changed it. But my roster looked normal once ending the game. I will replay the game tomorrow and see if that fixed it. Not sure if that is the cause yet. I'll post back with more info later.

I am not sure if these bugs I am finding are due to teams being moved, or from having messed up depth charts. Or something else. But they are starting to get a little annoying.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
I saw it twice tonight in two different games. I didn't start looking into it until the second. I will do more testing to see what else I can find and in other games after this one.
