so i havent done this before and i need a little help. i saw somewhere that i had to format my zip drive to FAT32, so i did that.
I just downloaded and transfered draft classes, that Wookie posted, to my zip drive.

What Do I Do Now? How Do I Get Data Onto My PS3? How Do I Get Data To Work For Madden? Where Do I Download To?

    PLEASE HELP!

Unzip the folder that you have downloaded. Drag the whole thing (the folder marked ps3) over to your USB flash drive, once on the flash drive plug the USB flash drive into the USB port on your ps3.

      1. Go to the “GAME” menu
      2. Select “Save Data Utility”
      3. Highlight your USB Flash Drive (move up to the top)
      4. Press “X”
      5. Press Triangle sub-menu pops up and then you select copy. Your files are now loaded onto your PS3
Hint: If you find no data make sure you copied over the whole PS3 folder, if you did and it still doesn't work plug in the USB Flash Drive and THEN turn on your PS3.

We have to create a PS3 folder in the zip program, or are you saying we have to transport the file to the PS3 folder on the usb drive??? I'm so confused....

Theres nothing confusing about that. Just extract the PS3 folder from WinZip/Winrar, drag it into USB drive.

            avrbas...thanks for the info.

Still, my portable drive is showing "no data" on my ps3. I've followedall the directions pretty specifically.

The only question I would ask is: It there a difference between a "flash drive" and a portable usb drive? I thought they were one and the same.

I only ask because I can't figure out what else to do.

No they're the same thing. Just cut and paste the PS3 file into your usb flashdrive, safely remove it and plug it into the PS3. Other than that you're probably looking in the wrong area inside the Ps3

heh heh btw thanks for your patience man...i have to admit i feel kinda like a dummy...

on my ps3, i'm looking under game...it shows the flash drive at the top, just like you said...i press x, and it says "no saved data."

i've turned it off and back on with the flash drive already in it so i think i'm doing just about everything.

ah well...i'll keep poking around til i figure it out.
