I've heard it can take up to 7 minutes to load a custom defense and offensive gameplay for a team. Is this true? I've heard that using a USB stick causes a huge loading time, but I guess I'm wondering if I dont use a stick and just do them manually then load them whenever I play a team, will it still take minutes? Is it on both PS3 and 360? Does installing madden onto the 360 hard drive do anything?

Im on xbox and only have a few custom game plans saved, and it takes a good couple minutes before it loads up. I can only imagine how long it would take if you had custom offensive and defensive game plans for all teams. -

XBOX 360 1st generation with 120GB HDD - I have Madden installed to my HDD. I have 16 OFF and 16 DEF plans saved atm (I do them for the next team in my franchise). It takes about 20 seconds to load up on the selection screen.
