How do you retire in Madden

I'm playing Superstar mode and I want to end my player's career. How do you retire your player in Superstar mode? Like I posted in my wishlist for Madden12 you should be able to retire through your agent. All you can do is talk about other teams or ask for a trade using your agent.

Havent played superstar mode on ps3 yet (my first year with madden on ps3), but on ps2, there were always options for superstar actions like demand trade and retire and stuff like that.
