Why are my CCM's not saving?

I have started 4 different CCM's this week, made preseason moves and schemes, simulated to week 4 regular season, played my week 4 game, and saved.

When I turn the game back on and load my CCM, it has only been saved to last preseason game all 4 times, despite knowing for a FACT I have saved after each regular season week 4 game. There is no other saved file in my HD other than preseason loaded one.

Is this a known glitch or something?

I recommend not using quick save. Use the save under settings
