    Unnecessary sliding ???

I am about to go absolutely insane. Is anyone else having an issue with not getting doubles or triples because my clown runners decide to slide into first or second base when it is absolutely NOT necessary ???????.

I am about to break a friggin controller over here.

Have you ruled out the L-stick as being the culprit? I know on some of my older controllers the stick can sometimes fall or stick to one direction after a lot of use. In fact I get that periodically on my R-stick after a hit (the stick comes to rest down and my player wants to round the bases on an infield single )

Me neither. PC version with a 5yr-old Logitech Dual Action controller. Played about 30-35 games now.

I will keep an eye out for that. Hopefully its some sort of user error but It happens all the time when I play. Hit a clear cut double to deep left field and dude slides at first then gets up and tries to goto second.

Sliding at 1st? It's gotta be your controller.
            All ties severed...

My friend said his players can't come to home plate cause of sliding at 3rd. I just replied, "Don't touch L-stick."
