Is there anyway to avoid your team's lineup being reset after an injury in franchise mode? It is really frustrating.

Yes. Click do nothing and fix it manually. Simple. -

Yeah, but also after every trade it resets the lineup even though I turned off lineup automation.Comment

MLB managers have to fill out a new lineup card every game. Think of it as realistic.
No way to fix it, just sim one game at a time and you should only have to fix the lineup on those few occasions where there is an injury. Or trade as you said.
