How do you connect your PS3 to the internet?

I've never done this but when the patch comes out I think I'm going to want to. Any advice on how I should go about it? I literally have no idea how it's done.

Yeah it can be kind of confusing at first if you have no previous knowledge in this field. My first question would be do you have a wireless router in your home or just a modem?

It shouldn't be too hard. Just make sure you have a decent router, my last one was terrible, so we bought a new $70 one.

Ok I think I have it figured out, it took me awhile though. They forced me to do a system update and it's taking forever to download. Hopefully when it finishes downloading I'll be set up.
