The Red Sox refused to move JBJ for Sale or Quintana last year. Especially that they did get Sale eventually I doubt they would move JBJ for Harvey especially straight up.

Wil Meyers was just signed to a $80 Million dollar extension over the next 6 years. Doubtful he moves also. Then again the Padres are an absolute circus right now but there have been speculations that this move was to secure something to rebuild the franchise around.


Two guys off the top of my head who the Mets were actually rumored to be interested in for an all-in push were KC's Moustakas and Cain if the Royals were not in a position to contend around the trade deadline as both players will hit FA next year.

Depending on how I'm doing at the deadline, I will more than likely be looking to unload JD Martinez. I was surprised when we didnt move him over the winter.

What's his value? Considering the Mets werent willing to give up Conforto, I'm not overly optimistic.

I too was surprised. Especially since theyre was that red hot rumor lol of JD to SF for a package that included arroyo. Read that thr yanks are/were calling on iggy after DD got hurt.

Not big into the MLB, so I need some help with trades. I want to use my favorite team (cardinals) in a franchise once OSFM drops. I want to get rid of Wainwright and get a better SS. Could anyone help me out a little?

At this point I wouldnt hate that move, even if it was straight up. The injury I think hurts his value a little bit as well.

Wonder if something with iggy and a pitcher (boyd, sanchez, j.wilson) wouldve been enough to get a Frazier from them
