Players not throwing the ball

Does anybody else see this, or know why it’s happening? Is there a work around? I’ve lost my last game from this. Bases loaded 2 outs bottom of the 9th, grounded back to my pitcher. He goes to throw to first and literally just makes a throw motion and holds onto the ball. I lose.

This happened a couple days ago too, line drive to LF, there was going to be a play at the plate and my LF never threw the ball.

Yes, I don’t think I double tapped or tapped another base though. I wonder if turning it off would prevent this.

I would turn it off and see if issue keeps happening. If it doesn’t then great! If it does then I’d submit a bug report

Yea happen to me last year, yeah turn off throw cancelling

Yeah I could never play with Throw Canceling on. I mash the button too often in tight situations in hopes that my fielder will somehow throw it quicker.
