I think I might put some money on Woodley in that fight. Maia just keeps on winning, but I like Woodley's power and patience on this one. He really showed me something in those Wonderboy fights.

Lol yh Maia is just scary on the ground...the Royce Gracie of old reincarnated. But tbh if your a betting man, Woodley is the safer bet. Very patient style, quick and explosive, big ko power and great tdd. We could easily see a fight were he starches Maia on the feet or tko's him on the ground from top position after he defends one of Maia's desperate td attempts. On the other hand Maia is a one trick pony, but he's sooooo good at that one trick, that you must avoid it at all cost. So far only Gunnar and Masvidal have been able to survive his back mount and they both still lost cuz they were stuck there defending the choke. Not sure if Woodley would be able to survive if Maia got his back, but I wouldn't "bet" on it lol.

The crazy part, is some of the stuff Maia is doing is waaaay more technical than anything Royce was doing. Maia is seriously next level.
