PC Players - Which Rosters and which Gameplay mod/slider combo?

I'm gearing up to start my franchise and I'll be plan on playing for the long haul. I want THE BEST ROSTERS, GAMEPLAY MOD (datafile etc) and SLIDER COMBO out there.
