You mean your own assistant coach? I know I've seen other assistant coaches come up on occasion.

Wow just realized this said Gmail mode instead of GM mode. Sweet autocorrect . And yea I mean my own assistant coach to replace my head coach. I can't find him in the list of candidates.

What I don't understand is why if you have the option to sign a coach who can also be signed as an assistant why their ratings are different. Example: Coach A has D+ B- C+ as an assistant but B+ C+ B- as a HC.

I believe you can only send email in gmail mode.

It needs a serious patch.

Did it several times
Just find your assistant in the head coach section
then find another assistant to fill the blank spot

If you cant find him then i guess you can't do it with everyone

Yes you can, all you need to do is go to see the coaches available and your assistant coach should show up in there.

The ability to upgrade your current assistant coach to head coach is limited to the Staff Signing period in the Offseason. Free agent assistant coaches can be hired as head coaches during the whole season.
