How did you get your face to line up correctly? Mine are coming out pretty good but my mouth is always off.

I am on xbox and got it to work just fine. It seems like your problem is an alignment issue.

Make sure the kinect lens is eye level. If you are still having problems, try sticking your chin out more, sticking my chin out fixed like 95% of my alignment issues.

I was finally able to get something good today after changing my lighting setup. Before I had a lamp behind me and that seemed to be throwing things off. Instead I put to lamps beside my tv and had light coming into my living room from the kitchen and I got great scans. Even though I never got more the 4,000, I got a really good result and was able to sculpt it to look like me.

The box on xb1 won't even turn green when I get close to the camera. Is there any fix? It's not a lighting issue.
