My scans won't go past 4%. Anyone else having this problem?

Mine looked really good on the the 3D head right after the scan but once it got into the game it looked completely different....it was really bad lol.

Mine got stuck a couple of times on like 60% but it finally worked on like the third try.

This is exactly the case. 90% of the scans that come out correct are on ps4. The ps4 camera gives you the abiltiy to hold the camera, the kinect dosent. As soon as you touch the kinect the box turns red. Ive scanned atleast 50x. The problem most people ate having on X1 is the allignment issue. We can talk about lighting, lamps and natural light till the cows come home but that dosent fix this allignment problem. Two sets of eyes, nose and mouth. I would be estatic if my scan was finished and my only problem was lighting. That would be awsome, lol but its not. People pass it off as oh yours doing it wrong. No, ive tried every scenario, close, far, natural light, lamps, slow head turn, eye level, chin up, chin out, white paper under the chin, iphone light app, brown back drop, facing the window, facing away from the window, moving the camera to a different location, standing, sitting, recalibrating the kinect, but yet still everytime I get two sets orifaces. There is definetly a problem with the kinect for some users with out a boubt. 1000's of people cant be febule idiots.

Exactly what I'm experiencing. Just doesn't look the same in game
