NBA 2K17 Teach Me How/Strategy Thread

Figured I need to farm this out:

Can anyone at all tell me how to do Eric Bledsoe's hesitation combo. Not the escape or the inside out combo because I can do both of those, but specifically the hesitation combo. He has this really cool stutter and I can not get him or any CAP to actually do it.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I need a bit of help.

Edit: Nevermind, finally figured it out. It's a bug. At least in my MyLeague ever player of the user-controlled team uses the exact same hesitation animation regardless of what they individually have equipped. Weird bug.

Tried it on the Blacktop and go the same result. Players use one animation regardless of who it is. It's just a very basic step hesitation animation.

Funny enough, playing an exhibition game or going into 2KU allows me to use a player's equipped hesitation.

We cant equip custom jump shots in the park? I made a couple equiped em went into the park and they are no where to be found, any help? if so this gotta be the stupidest thing 2k ever done

How are people managing fatigue this year? I'm doing 6 minute quarters and it just seems brutal. Even after half time nobody on the roster is back at 100

Is there a way to trigger back tap rebounds? I know there was an ign article saying you could tip rebounds to a teammate just wondering if anyone's figured it out or if the animation triggers on its own?

To add to this, can anyone actually explain HOW to use it. I set it before the game and NOTHING happens during the game.
