Draft class quality slider

For MyLeague, what would be an ideal number to set the draft class quality slider to?

I want to go deep in to the future (so that no real players are remaining), but whenever I do this with the default slider, it seems that the league becomes rich with high overall players.

I usually use user created draft classes, but you might also want to look at progression sliders too. The settings I use have progression set to 43 and regression set to 70 to stop this from happening.
