No. Free throws are way to easy this year. The only way to make them remotely challenging is to switch to real life % and live by the dice role of attributes. I went 10/11 two nights ago with Dwight Howard no lie

Thats not true. RealFT% makes it not harder at all. In our online league on superstar we have a league average of 90% with RealFT%.... Makes no sense at all and seems bugged. I mean, why should a guy like Rudy Gobert with a below 70 FT hit 86%? You can try aiming, but that makes free throws way too hard. Dunno what is so hard in balancing that correctly...

Isn’t there a slider for free throw difficulty? It’s in the settings in think but don’t quote me on that bc I’m not on my system at the moment

There is, but that slider does Not have any effect at all. we checked first in 2k19,so cannot say how it was 2k18 and Prior.

Maybe lower free throw ratings globally for your team before you play a game and restore them before you sim?

Ok I have FT set to user timing & 100 difficulty. Using the Lakers I dropped the entire teams FT rating -30 & shot 9-36 from the line. Of course thats terrible, now I'll just adjust from there. Seems like a good fix!!
