Custom playboys and game plan settings

Is there a way to make custom playbooks, freelances, and game plans for play now games? Do I have to start a game and do all my changes every game? I'm sure you can do it in franchise, just looking for play now games for practice.

No comments probably means there is no option to make a custom playbook or save those settings?
