How do you stop high assist #s by the computer?

I have been tweaking sliders for about a month and I am happy with all of my stats and the gameplay(turnovers are good, have seen passes out of bounds by AI even a few traveling calls, charges, shot clock violations, FG attempts, pct. fast break points, blks. etc. are all good), but the high number of assists by the AI is driving me nuts has anyone figured out a way to remedy this? I am using nogsters rosters with the coaching attribute edits, but I am trying to find a way to have AI use more one on one play(as this is common with superstar players in the NBA). 2K please, for the love of all things great and small pleasssse take a look at this and the 3 in the key(or lack of) problems for any upcoming patch. This game would be great if not for these few small things. I am a sim. nut and I just can't overlook it!

I read a couple posts here which said it's the way the cpu counts assists. For instance, if you see a normal pass to the wing, the receiver might do a couple of spin moves and a fade-away. This will be counted as an assist in this game. I know one guy said if you watch the SIGNATURE HIGHLIGHTS at the end of the game, you can see a lot of bogus assists.

Of course, they do this in the real NBA, too. So it's not totally unreal. ttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ndztPEt94_g

Agreed, but there has got to be a way to promote more one on one play... at least a realistic amount. I heard setting all teams run play slider to below 50 might help. Anyone try this?
