How does the injury sliders work?

Does it need to be increased or decreased for more injuries? There are too few injuries in an association it seems.

I believe turning it up will result in more injuries.

I usually turn the injury slider up, but lower the severity just to see more ingame injuries while playing quick games.

Turn Durability to "0" and you will see more realistic injuries. Meaning guys that are supposed to get injured will, Ex. Tmac, Greg Oden, etc.
