Can't download the update..

Each time I try to download the patch- It fails after 3~ Minutes and no progress- Showing a failure and telling me to check the "Network Settings"..

Funny thing is I'm already connected to Xbox Live, thus there's no way the settings are wrong.. And they aren't after I make the test over and over and again. I even use direct connection via Moden, with no routers etc..

Any Solutions? It really bothers me I can't use the patch..

So do i and i got it fine so its nothing to do with that.
