I was wondering if those of you who have finished your first seasons could answer a couple of questions:

Did your players progress at all?
Were you able to land some good free agents and how much did you have to shell out for the good ones ie. Jermaine O'Neal...

Players progress during the year. For example Steve Francis went gradually from a 90 to a 95 during the season.
