Is the camera angle that changes throughout the game in NBA 2K9?

There was a camera in 2K8 I think that changed every now and then during gameplay, just like real life.

Is it still in 2K9? What's it called?

I thought I was the only one who missed those from 2K8 and College Hoops. Haven't seen in anything close in 2K9. Maybe next year.
