how do you get the NBA Draft Combine?

Can someone tell me how do you get the combine? Do you buy it from the Playstation Store if so what is it under. I looked in the PS Store and i didnt see it. If you could help me it would be highly appreciated.

Its out for Xbox 360 owners. Ps3 owners have to wait til sept 3rd.
