What's the best Camera?
Since the inaugaration of 2k basketball I have been a 2k cam guy...I always thought it was the best cam despite the twirling of the screen. Its one of the reasons I struggled playing Live games in the past and loved 2k so much. This year however I feel like 2k made this game for the broadcast camera (it is the default cam) I've been playing the cpu and been getting my azz handed to me playing on the 2k cam, lol beacause I could not rotate properly and could not stay in front of my man. I changed up to the broadcast camera and it seems like a totally new game. I can play smothering defense again and I can recover faster to the man on the peremiter, and the isomotion is easier to pull off now. And this is without me touching any sliders **cant wait to get home to adjust the defense-assist slider

Re: What's the best Camera?
Don't own 2K10 but I do own NBA 2K8, NBA 2k9 & College Hoops 2K8. It's broadcast cam or nothing bro. Nothing like the real thing. 2K cam is annoying. Too much twirling. -
Re: What's the best Camera?
Was gonna start a thread about this, but figured I hop on this one.
I like the dynamic broadcast cam for the regular games. I'm not sure how it's different from the broadcast cam...maybe some of you guys could explain the diff. to me.
Here's the thing though...And I could use some advice for this, too. I'm playing the MyPlayer mode, get through Summer League, and jump on some NBA team's training camp. All of a sudden, THE BROADCAST CAM is not an option!!!
I guess I can understand why, considering that an NBA team's scrimmages wouldn't be BROADCAST, hence there's no "BROADCAST CAM." But then again.....are the Summer League games broadcast???
Anyway, I'm not sure which cam I should pick for this NBA training camp, since the broadcast cam is not an option. I THINK I've been messing with 2K cam, but I suck with that perspective. Melman, if you're playing MyPlayer, be prepared for that! What does everyone else do???Comment

Re: What's the best Camera?
I've had the opposite experience. I destroyed N.O. with the Bobcats using the 2K view. I find it gives you the best view to see all your players & where you are on the court. I remember playing on broadcast and when I would get the ball near the far sides of the court where the benches are, I would have trouble staying inbounds. When I would try to shoot a three from that location, I had trouble seeing the arc. The 2K view is by far the best view for me.Carolina Panthers Charlotte Bobcats Carolina Hurricanes UNC Tarheels

Re: What's the best Camera?
Yeah i havent did the my player so i dont know what options they have....from my experience with the Draft combine they had a swivel like broadcast cam that i would play on. For some reason my player from the combine got deleted after i backed out of the my player mode in 2k10....so i havent went back in that mode yet because of that

Re: What's the best Camera?
Yeah thats the main reason ive been Pro 2k cam all these years....and i may go back to it after i see what these sliders do or they patch up the cpu doubling....it just seems like i can move better on broadcast this year. I think that i like it so much this year because they fixed the player spacing and they dont have those fans all in the way of the sideline arc anymore like in past 2k's so shooting that 3 in the corner wont be a problem anymore.I've had the opposite experience.
