Player ratings have a ? instead of a number

Noob to the 2K series. Im in the middle of my Season with the Pacers, and all off a sudden all my players ratings have a ? where a number should be.

Is this a glitch, or am I supposed to spend time on scouting or what?

yeah you have to scout your own players
no glitch
