Team mate grade in my player

does anyone know what kind of stuff i can do to improve my team mate grade?

i currently average a B to B+ every game

Rebound the ball, and play defense. Don't turn the ball over.

Be efficient, rebound, don't hold the ball too long, don't foul, make good passes, pick and roll/pop with your teammates, contest/block shots, etc...

Getting rebounds is probably the easiest way to improve the teammate grade. What kind of stats are you getting?

i play PG and I have only played one game so far i just started

this was my first game stat line

6pts 6 assists 2 steals 50% shooting

Since it's your first game (in the NBA, right?), I don't think you'd really get enough minutes to get that A+

no i meant that was my first draft combine game stats
i play 5 min quarters would increasing the quarter length help at all?

Yes they will 9 min quarters seem perfect for me.
