How is this game on the PC?

I got a laptop and it can handle games. I have NBA2k11 on the ps3, but I can never actually play it since it's on our only tv and my wife and daughter use the tv and netflix all the time.

I could digitally buy it for pc for $20, and probably get $30 for my copy on ebay or so.

Would this be a poor or wise trade-off?

I play it on the PC but I also have a great rig to run it on. I've owned it on both the 360 and PS3 and GREATLY prefer the PC version. There are so many mods you can download and the graphics are superb on the PC.

Just use a 360/PS3 controller and you'll be set!

playing on PC also, got a wired 360 controller and its pretty nice.

i've played in on ps3 and cant notice the difference in game play.

if your pc can handle it i would definitely recommend it. as eaglesfan mentioned, there are alot of great mods out there to improve the look of the game

The first couple times I ran benchmarking I was 3 or 4 FPS. Eek!!! I finally figured out how to run it through my video card and got 42 FPS.

well now go get a wireless xbox controller, use your hdmi cable (when TV is not in use haha) and it'll be all good.

start modding the hell out of it

p.s. damn hell of a deal if it's only $20 nowadays...

I also had all going through video card. I made it exclusive to nba, Now I am at 62fps at highest resolution.
