Player Lock Question

No clue how it happened but every time I play a quick game player 1 is locked on to PG. Maybe im just stupid but i cannot figure out how to undo it. Any help is appreciated.

Under the control settings I think, there is an option to select what position you want to be fixed to. Just choose none, unless you want something besides the PG. I highly recommend it! Create yourself, put yourself on a team and go one on one against Lebron James, Kobe Bryant...show them who the best player in the league really is.

Usually if you play on Myplayer mode, you automatically lock to your position on that Myplayer. To get out of that, you go to Coach Settings and set the preferred position to "none".

Going to add to this, I turn off the player lock option and on offense, I'm free, but on defense, it continues to lock me into the PG position. Playing in Association, and the first game played just fine, the second game, I have to turn off preferred position, which free's me up on offense, but on defense I'm still locked to the PG. Any help?

If you want the fix to be permanent, you have to change the setting from the main menu, not while in game.
