Im confused...is the my Legend feature just a mode like the Jordan mode last year, and Drexler and Robinson are available otherwise, or are they not available in the game at all?

Once each "Greatest" game is completed (by you claiming victory), both teams in that matchup become playable in exhibition mode. That means, once you defeat the '98 Spurs with the '98 Lakers, David Robinson and his '98 Spurs will be unlocked in every other mode. Similarly, once you use the '91 Lakers to defeat the '91 Blazers, Clyde Drexler and company will be unlocked for every other mode.
If you're just looking to use those two specific players, I bet you can trade them to any team you want at any point. However, I just know last year, the Jordan Challenge required that the classic teams retain their included players in order to play the challenges.Last edited by VDusen04; 09-15-2011, 11:36 AM. -

no its called the greatest mode and its a new feature this year. there are 15 legends and their teams matched up against a rival team or another popular team they faced. You play as the legend and historic team and if you win both teams will be unlocked.
Drexler is in. He is on the 91 blazers. Its a Magic Johnson challenge which puts the 91 Lakers against the 91 Blazers, and if you win that game with Magic and the 91 Lakers, then you get to unlock the 91 Lakers and the 91 Blazers.
David Robinson is in too. He will be on the 98 Spurs. This is a Malone challenge in which the 98 Jazz face the 98 Spurs. If you win with 98 Jazz then you unlock the 98 Jazz and 98 Spurs.
my legend mode is simply you take an NBA player and develop him into the best possible player and also try to win NBA Championships with that specific player you choose.Comment
