    Generic Coaches in Greatest Mode?

What's with some of the coaches like Phil Jackson not being in the game? And why isn't K.C Jones coaching the 86 Celtics both of these coaches were in 2k11?

No idea, but what I find stupid is, PHIL JACKSON IS IN THE GAME AS A PLAYER. That leaves ZERO excuse for them to leave him out as a coach.

And K.C. Jones is in the game as a player too.

Seems to be a long shot, but I wonder if an agreement with a player crosses over in a game's ability to use them as a coach or not. Because logically, none of us can see a real reason why Phil Jackson would not be in the game once again as a coach if they have the rights to use him on the 70's Knicks and those right were transcendent. So maybe somehow there's separate agreements for usage stemming from the players' association and a coach's association. As I said, I'm not sure how likely that'd be (or how much sense it'd make), but I can't really find a reason otherwise.
