At the end of a period, during stop time, when I do a rolling inbound by a player, the rolling inbounder would just run up the court and most of the time touch his own inbounded ball. Besides being very stupid, isn't it illegal? Doesn't the ball have to touch another player before the inbounder can touch it? Anyone else have this problem?
