It seems harder to guard 1 on 1. I'm frustrated and want some tips please.

People can score 30-40 points on me by driving to the basket with ease. And it doesn't help when i can't call zone d.

You can't, just that simple. That's why i hardly play team up, or Online Quick Rank matches at all.

Until they bring out the patch, which is in about 2 weeks or so, you can't do nothing about it.

One word : LAG

You can't play defense because of this, there is so much delay in teamup

You can play defense in team up. It's very important to play TEAM defense - that's the problem.

Defense overall is worse in 2k12 than 2k11 due to the sluggish controls - but to say it's not possible isn't right. It's difficult to play one on one D but that doesn't mean you can't.

I play quick team up all the time. Most people barrel to the pain holding turbo. Take a few charges and they'll change up their strategy.
