Does anyone else play following the real season?

By that I mean playing your season with trades and signings that are only made in real life? That's the way I always play my sports and was just wondering if anyone else plays it that way, or does everyone play fantasy??

I never see the point in playing association by making only trades in real life. That defeats the purpose of building your own team in my opinion. I don't want the real gm's making decisions for me in MY association.

I do, but I'm pretty disappointed that I can't this year due to 2K's failure to implement the authentic 66-game schedule.

I've just been playing online and NBA Today games instead.

Unless I do fantasy drafts (which I dont do often), I dont venture off too far with trades. In my Raptors franchise I traded 3 ppl but only for picks, and I signed 2 free agents. I dont like messing with things a lot bc it bothers me, mainly when its one of my favorite teams, which Toronto is. I just like keeping it as intact as possible. But after this first year, I will go for whatever free agents and maybe do more trades, but for the first year, I usually dont do anything drastic

When I play online I play without Camby until he is back in our rotation despite the fact he's available to use.

Really unfai to say it's a failure. Game was out way before thy settled on the 66 game schedule . Neither you nor I know how the programming mechanics work for season/association mode.

yeah im a Chicago Bulls fan and i always do my dynasties with them. i watch every minute of every game so i try to keep my dynasty just like the real team...but I have made small trades in previous years. always kept the core of rose, deng, boozer, noah. My dynasty this year I have not made any trades.
