Do people use made-up draft classes?

    As in fake people?

Making draft classes seems like something I could potentially get into, along with Roster editing/etc. But I don't have all of the tools everyone else does >_>.

I would KILL to make the Knicks play how they do in real life. And yes I already downloaded Paul Pierces Roster/sliders.

I've done it for 2 seasons in my own association. First year was a deep draft where there were a few low 70's available in the mid-late first round. The 2nd year I made one with 1 great player and 4 really good ones- the rest was barebones or just role players.

It's easy when you tweak and edit players in-season (like, after the association has already started). Between games, you can work with the existing generated draft class, and by mid-season you should have a full custom class.

I have never considered it. Though I admit, making my own doesn't sound like a bad idea for those times where I outlast the accurate true-to-life classes.

I like to mainly because there is only so many realistic classes you can use due to players coming out early.

I really dont like 2k's top heavy drafts where if you arent in top 12 in draft you might as well trade that pick. It would be very nice if we could use fictional draft classes in My player. So, if I can rely on getting some in the late 1st and 2nd rd who can contribute in a way unlike how it is now

Pretty how "most" of the real NBA Drafts are... You don't find many future All Stars in the late 1st round...

            Obviously, there are some exceptions.

I mostly talking about guys that can contribute in some type of way. Most of the non-lottery players cant really contribute. They might make some 3pt shots with 60 or below 3pt, but for the most part they are disadvantages on the court.
I want to see one-sided players in the non-lottery. Like rebounder, defensive bigs, 3pters, perimeter defenders

That's pretty much all I use is fictional draft classes, I never got into the whole using the realistic draft classes, sometimes I do but I prefer fictional ones the most. It's fun creating draft classes, I made 4 myself personally and I have a blast using them in my association.
