How do you level up your skill?

You level your skill up by entertaining your guest and doing dunk competions... It took me 2 days to get to skill level 10 which isnt long at all really

I just got my skill up to 10 and unlocked the facebook dunk package, here's what I did:

I started off by getting two half court hoops and stuck with those until I could afford a weight room. After that I waited until I had enough money and sold one of my hoops to buy another weight room once that was set up I was flying through skill levels.

It also helps if you have a good entourage.

The highest my event level has got to is 7 anyone went any higher?

I got mine to 10.

I got the 2nd level DJ booth.
Also,after a while,it takes longer to talk to VIPS
