Is there a team or club mode similar to Fifa's where you can take your "Myplayer" online and play with and against other Myplayers?

nah. there used to be, it was easily the best mode in the game, but they took it out in 2k12. u can use your my player against others in blacktop mode, but it's only half court, and very arcade like.
