As far as I can tell, you'd have an easier time finding that treasure Chester Copperpot was after than blocking a dunk, so don't expect that. I'm far from an expert but I've found Eraser Sig lvl 3 to be the key. Before the sig, even with 99 in blocking, swats were rare. With the sig, I was good for at least 3 a game.

      The key thing is patience.

L2 will help you with intense-d to body up, dnt spam block but look for the right opportunity cos once you've left your feet theirs no going back.

Also upgrade your Vertical jump, this makes a big difference.

I was averaging 1 block a game with my 6"2 PG, with a 99 vertical and the default block stats.

In my 10 games I average 5.5 blocks per game. It's all about timing I don't have the eraser sig skill but can still get the job done.
And I am 7'0 foot center so I think height is a big factor too in blocking shots.
