Fix MyCareer mode

First, this thread should be sticked, even the Sim President (Da_Czar) has stated that the sooner the better and that OS does tipicaly open this thread a tad too later.

I would like an option to sim games and not have to play every key game. I know it's my player and you should have to but if that's the case just make us play every game. MLB 2k let's us skip any game we want why can't we on this?

When we press X or Square in MyCareer, the CPU teammates should shoot because even if they're open, most of the time they'd attack the basket instead.

i shouldn't even have to get into specifics. if they played the mode for a couple of hours (with 1 team while simming at least 2 seasons) the issues are fairly blatant.

having stuff like USA teams would be sweeeet though
